About Phoenix Organics

Many of our growers are based locally to us in the West Midlands. We also use growers from across the UK, from Cornwall to Kent to Scotland.

We also use internationally organic certified fruit and vegetable growers and suppliers to ensure all round availability for our customers.

We source produce from the UK whey they are in season. We also buy directly from Spanish, Italian, and French growers and suppliers for a range of citrus fruit and other crops not grown in the UK. None of our produce is ever air freighted.

We believe fervently in the ethical principles of honesty and fairness. This is reflected in the way that we do business with suppliers and customers alike
We are pleased to pay our suppliers promptly and ask for the same from our customers, large or small. We know that speedy cash flow is vital for all businesses but particularly small businesses
We communicate regularly with our customers, updating them on the progress of their orders, advising them of any occasional problems and generally ensuring that they have all the information they need to run their own business effectively

Customer service

It is our belief that customer care should be the highest priority in our business. With fresh produce there is occasionally a problem with supply, quality, delivery logistics or such as the weather, which are beyond our control. We do our utmost to keep customers informed of factors affecting their order so that any alterations can be made at the earliest opportunity. Regular communication with our customers also means that we build strong relationships and develop a real understanding of the aspects that are particularly impart to each customer.
We can arrange delivery of our wholesale organic produce to our customers throughout the whole of the UK through either our long-standing relationship with hauliers or the use of our own refrigerated vehicles.
As part of our support for smaller growers, we accept produce of a wider specification than supermarkets, being prepared to accept crops of slightly larger or smaller, or with some cosmetic blemishes. We trust that customers understand that this slightly broader interpretation of “acceptable quality” will help to improve the long-term viability of organic farmers and growers.
